Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about swaps, fees, and limits.

General

ReChange is a crypto exchange service. You send one cryptocurrency and receive another — fast, with real-time rates and low fees.
Choose which currency to send and which to receive, enter the amount, and send crypto to the generated address. Your exchange completes automatically once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
ReChange is available worldwide. Some features may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to local regulations.
For small amounts, no verification is required. Larger transactions may require KYC depending on your jurisdiction and applicable regulations.

Swaps

Most swaps complete within 1–5 minutes. Bitcoin can take up to 20 minutes due to block confirmation times.
We currently support USDT, BTC, ETH, and TRX. More coins are coming soon.
USDT supports TRC-20, ERC-20, and BEP-20. BTC uses the Bitcoin network. ETH uses ERC-20. TRX uses TRC-20.
Contact our support on Telegram with your transaction ID and we will do our best to help.
Assets sent over an unsupported network are usually unrecoverable. Double-check the network before sending.
Pending swaps are usually caused by network congestion. Bitcoin transactions may take longer during peak hours. If your swap is stuck for more than 30 minutes, contact support.

Fees & Limits

We charge a flat 0.5% service fee on every swap. Network fees vary by blockchain and are shown before you confirm.
Minimums depend on the currency: 10 USDT, 0.0005 BTC, 0.005 ETH, or 100 TRX.
Yes. Maximums vary by currency and are displayed in the swap widget before you confirm. For larger amounts, contact us on Telegram.
Rates are sourced from major exchanges and updated every minute. The rate is locked for 30 minutes once you start a swap.

Account

No account is required for basic swaps. Creating an account gives you access to swap history, API keys, and additional features.
A payout wallet is where your received crypto lands after a swap. Connect one in your profile to enable automatic settlements.
